Ted was born and raised in the suburbs of Boston but escaped the northeast the day after graduating from high school. The palm trees and warm weather brought him to school in Tucson where he met his wife Heather. After spending ten years traveling the country for corporate America, he came to his senses and struck out on his own. Ted supports day to day operation and is our primary strategist and data analyst at Pixa. When not working with clients Ted can be found relaxing with friends and family in his back yard enjoying his brick pizza oven. What scares you? Not leaving behind something that really matters. You’re 5 years old again. What do you want to be when you grow up? I would be a paramedic. I have always thought about how cool it would be to save lives every day. Plus, those guys in uniform have a leg up with the ladies. What’s your favorite thing about living in Arizona? January!

Jason started his Management/Printing career with Kinko’s (now FedexOffice) in the Las Cruces, NM area in 2001. In 2006, he made the move to Arizona, overseeing several retail FedEx Office locations. Over the years his continued passion to develop his surrounding team and drive to create systems and controls in the printing environment led him to Pixa. Currently he holds the General Manager position among a super talented group of individuals. He is also a high school basketball coach and recently started mountain bike riding. Marie is a native Arizonan and University of Arizona alumn who has traveled the world! She has always been fascinated by foreign languages and cultures. After majoring in Marketing and French at U of A, she ventured to Paris for her Master’s in management and began her career in the optical lens industry. Marie has lived and worked in France, Singapore and the UK, expanding her worldview and gaining brand and product marketing experience along the way. She recently landed back in Arizona and joined the Pixa team as a Marketing Account Manager. Marie loves a good marketing challenge and is ready to bring her energy and strategic thinking to her clients and their businesses. Outside of Pixa, you’ll find Marie running, swimming, cycling (yes, she did run the Singapore Marathon and finish an Olympic distance triathlon in Indonesia!) and staying zen with Bikram yoga. Originally from Allentown, Pennsylvania, Kim earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Misericordia University before embarking on a career in integrated marketing. With nearly two decades of experience, Kim has helped shape early integrated marketing strategies—connecting print, digital, and data long before it became standard practice. She has partnered with organizations across manufacturing, nonprofit, and higher education sectors, always focused on rethinking audience engagement and driving meaningful results. At Pixa, Kim brings a mix of strategy, execution, and hands-on leadership, with a particular passion for leveraging print as a strategic channel—especially when paired thoughtfully with digital technology. Known for her practical, roll-up-your-sleeves approach, she thrives on collaborating closely with teams and turning ideas into action. Outside of work, Kim is a certified fitness instructor (though she hasn’t taught group classes in a few years), a longtime runner, and a planner enthusiast—at one point even creating her own planner and goal-setting course. Married with three kids, ages 13, 11, and 7, she balances family life with her entrepreneurial spirit, always curious and spotting new business ideas and opportunities. Describe your job in 3 words. Coming home from a basketball, soccer, football or baseball game (my kids are all involved in multiple sports year round – makes for very little free time)! What scares you? Spiders. Carrie has led highly successful marketing campaigns for over 20 years. Carrie graduated college from Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in Education. No surprise to any of us that her education is what keeps the i’s dotted, t’s crossed, commas in the correct place and all of us in line! You think we are kidding? Wait until she sends your action items to meet your goals! And that’s why we love every ounce of red ink and basecamp notification of Carrie!! Carrie’s results are as big as her passion and personality. Carrie is passionate about serving others which explains why she is so dedicated to her husband, 2 girls, dog Cabo and friends. At the age of 33, she took off for 6 months to help serve communities in Western Samoa, Hong Kong & Mainland China. When Carrie is not volunteering at her girl’s school or taking care of others, you will find her running, skiing or hitting the gym. A fun fact about Carrie, is she lived in a lighthouse when she was a kid for 4 years. Ask her sometime about the fun stories and amazing people she met. It’s a typical Saturday night. Originally from Sacramento, CA, Samantha moved to Arizona in 2019 when her husband was stationed at Luke Air Force Base. They loved it so much, they bought a house and decided to stay. She comes to Pixa with experience in event planning and even has a background teaching furniture painting classes. She now spends her days as a self proclaimed lassoer-of-ideas. Outside of work, Samantha spends her time trying out new recipes (the bolder the better!), finding new things to paint around her house and hanging out with her husband, Thomas, and pup, Cali.

Which celebrity would you want as a best friend? Why?
Mindy Kaling, she is the queen of balance (writer, show runner, actor, director, mom, etc.) I would love to learn how she manages it all!

What’s your favorite thing about living in Arizona?
The mountains. I still am in awe how stunning they are when the sun is setting.

Gina was born and raised in Phoenix and has called it home her entire life. After studying Psychology at Arizona State University and working in a research lab, she returned to her roots in printing—a family trade that began with her grandparents’ company in 1958. Gina grew up hand-collating papers with her siblings and cousins and eventually worked in nearly every role within the business. When her family sold the company earlier this year, she was thrilled to join the Pixa team and continue doing what she loves.

At home, Gina and her husband keep busy with their three daughters, ages 16, 15, and 12, along with two big dogs, a cat, and a gecko. Her family inspires her daily, and she believes in creating unforgettable experiences over collecting things. Gina is also an avid traveler—especially when it comes to cruising—and enjoys planning trips as a hobby travel agent. When she’s not exploring new places, she’s spending time with her husband or cheering on her kids at their many activities.

Family game night, and we play for chores! (loser of each game picks a chore to do on Sunday)

Sofia started her career in her hometown of Fort Wayne, IN at Kinko’s (now FedexOffice) where she started out as a production operator. Over the course of 15 years, she held every position possible from production operator, bindery, customer service and finished by managing several locations here in the valley. Realizing her best talent was in customer service and developing and maintaining powerful client relationships she joined the Pixa team in 2014. When not working, you can find Sofia (aka Harm A. Knee) with her skates on, taking hits and knocking girls around on the track with her roller derby league. With many years (way too many to mention) in printing and graphic design, her career started in Colorado (Go Broncos!), later she and her family moved to Alabama, where her love for the Auburn Tigers turned into an obsession (War Eagle!) In 2002 they moved to Arizona where she will root for the “home team” whenever her teams aren’t playing. Prior to Pixa, she worked in prepress for an election services provider, which was a great experience but left her looking for more creative design opportunities. She now gets to flex both her creative and technical design skills on the Pixa design team. When she’s not pushing pixels, Christina loves to travel, enjoys embroidery and has a love-hate relationship with home improvement projects.

Originally from Denver, Dave has followed both career opportunities and family ties across the country—from Colorado to New Jersey, Florida, and eventually Arizona, where he’s called home since 2002. With deep roots in marketing, Dave’s career has spanned industries—from vending and software to construction, telecommunications, and fitness—always bringing strategy, creativity, and curiosity to the table.

Outside of work, Dave’s an outdoorsman through and through – from camping and skiing to scuba diving and paddleboarding. He’s also a photographer & oil painter, often inspired by the landscapes he explores. Whether he’s sleeping under the stars or diving in Maui, Dave believes in going out on a limb—because, as Twain said, that’s where all the fruit is.

Where to start….No, really, I’m not sure. Kristian is our International Man of Mystery, who works on Special Projects for Ted that are above my security clearance. What I do know is that he graduated from Cebu Technological University, where he studied programming. He is also an avid video gamer, a big fan of Ed Sheeran, and a dad to a golden retriever-corgi mix named Snowy. When Kristian’s not working his tech magic for Pixa, he’s probably riding his motorcycle with friends or playing guitar.

Liam came to Arizona from Minneapolis, Minnesota to study business at ASU. He started at Pixa as an intern, but now has a permanent role as our Marketing Coordinator. His “win the day” motto serves as motivation to make everyday something to be earned. When not working marketing wonders, you can find Liam running, swimming or simply hanging out with friends.

What’s the one thing you couldn’t live without?
Italian food, specifically any pesto pasta dishes.

I would choose to be best friends with Anthony Edwards because he brings great energy to everything he does. He is also very funny and plays for my favorite NBA Team the Timberwolves.
